COMSATS University Islamabad (CUI) — a leading public sector university under the Ministry of Science and Technology — invites dynamic, experienced, and visionary professionals to apply for the following management positions (open merit basis):

Campus Directors (4-Year Tenure)

(Abbottabad, Attock, Lahore, Sahiwal, Vehari & Wah Campuses)

We are seeking eminent academic administrators to lead our campuses.
Eligibility Criteria:

  • PhD from a Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized institution.
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant national/international experience in academia, research, or management leadership roles.
  • Proven record of distinguished research, publications, and administrative excellence.
  • Maximum age limit: 65 years (on the closing date).

Registrar (3-Year Tenure)

Eligibility Criteria:

  • PhD (HEC recognized) or First Division Master’s/MPhil/MBA (2.5 CGPA or above).
  • Minimum 15 years’ relevant experience in BPS-17 or above, with at least 10 years in academic administration or university registrar roles.
  • Maximum age limit: 65 years.

Controller of Examinations (3-Year Tenure)

Eligibility Criteria:

  • PhD (HEC recognized) or First Division Master’s/MPhil/MBA (2.5 CGPA or above).
  • Minimum 15 years’ experience in BPS-17 or above, with at least 10 years in academic administration or examination management within a university or equivalent institution.
  • Maximum age limit: 65 years.

  • Submit 03 sets of your application dossier (attested degrees, certificates, testimonials, CV, recent photograph) in hard copy.
  • Attach a non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 5000/- (Pay Order/Demand Draft) in favor of COMSATS University Islamabad.
  • Separate applications are required for each position/campus.
  • Applications must reach the address below by November 18, 2025.

Note:

  • Candidates currently serving in Government/Semi-Government organizations should apply through proper channels.
  • Those who have already applied against the previous advertisement (dated November 17, 2024) for Registrar or Controller of Examinations need not apply again.
  • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews.
  • No TA/DA will be admissible.
