Position: Zonal Heads (Multiple Locations Across Punjab)
Zones include: Bahawalpur, D.G. Khan, Multan, Gujranwala, Rawalpindi & Sargodha
Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience:
At least 10 years of post-qualification experience, including 5 years in a similar leadership role.
Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Zonal Head, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing and managing branch operations efficiently — from lending and deposits to customer service and compliance.
- Building a strong business culture by motivating and coaching teams to achieve organizational goals.
- Driving strategic business growth through analytical planning, effective leadership, and smart execution.
- Monitoring recovery of loans, reducing NPLs, and ensuring all operations comply with the Bank’s policies.
- Achieving deposit and business targets while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring timely resolution of audit objections and irregularities, in collaboration with internal and external auditors.
